Family first

I have wrote several entries about my family in the past, how happy my family is, Christmases and New Years day in Paranaque, how the house looks like... and a whole lot more. Don't get me wrong... we are still happy and so much intact... I think.

I guess, I just had a different perspective when I was independent and now that I'm living with my family.

A few years back, I can do whatever I want to do without having to think about what time I'll be home, what to eat, what to do and who I'm gonna bring home. There was complete independence. I had a great time being alone and living on my own. My friends were there, had a great job, meet people even in wee hours.

Now, its a lot different. In a small room, jam packed with the things I bought for myself... is my new home, my new haven. A place where I can talk about everything and anything, a place where I can confide all my secrets.

Its a lot different, since now, my responsibility goes to my family... its gonna be the me, myself and I perspective no more. It should be a FAMILY FIRST perspective that I got to get used to... again.

Now I'm happy to be of service to my mom, brothers and sisters. I get to to them every so often, well, unlike before that it takes ages before I can do a simple phone call, worst, a single text message. I know what's on your mind. You might be asking why? Why now, what's with me. The answer is... I just felt the urge of being with my family.

The past months have been wonderful since I had interaction with my Kuya,  my Ate's and especially my mom. I feel light, happy, less stressed out, responsible and very much mature.

There's a lot of things to thank about... and I think the best way to end this blog is to say a simple Thank you prayer to God.

Dear God, I thank you for each day, the wonderful life you give me every second of my life. Thank you for my.making mama strong and health. Thank you for giving brothers and sisters who strive to make each others lives better. Thank you for bringing tons of friends who support me in every endeavor that I choose to take. Thank you for giving me this kind of perspective and thank you for providing challenges, I can handle.

   Amen,

Thanks to everyone who made me who I am now. I owe you big time.
